THIS HEREBY AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES THAT THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE MET AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ARE OTHERWISE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. 

Our Guarantee:  

We guarantee our puppies/dogs to be in good health to the best of our knowledge. All puppies will come with shots that are up to date ,de-worming ,and free from obvious defects at the time of delivery. We will not refund money or exchange puppy/dog because you have changed your mind for any reason. Deposits are non-refundable to hold a puppy! Puppies may be severely stressed by change in environment. Minor problems such as Diarrhea, Coccidiosis, Giardia, Wormy stool, etc are common and must be treated. Theses conditions are the  responsibility of the purchaser and should be checked by a veterinarian. Minor health problems that can be cured by medication  or surgery are not covered by any guarantee.  2MVP Boxers is not responsible for anything that might happen to puppy/dog after it leaves property . 

Buyer’s Responsibilities:        

Have puppy/dog examined by licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of Delivery. Seller must be informed immediately of the examination’s result by email or  regular mail , failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.  Provide routine preventive care for puppy /dog. Annual examinations by licensed veterinarian. Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccination and de-worming. KEEP RECORDS! Dog will be kept in appropriate conditions for its health & fed quality food for its age. Seller guarantees the above detailed dog to be a purebred Boxer, the offspring of the sire and dam also detailed above are fully registered with the AKC. This dog or any offspring shall not be given to any pet shop or research establishment. In the event the purchaser being unable to maintain the dog, or wishes to sell the dog, the breeder shall be notified and shall reserve the right to take  back the dog at any age without any compensation. Buyer agrees to stay in touch with breeder, providing those updates and photos regularly. Buyer also agrees to do proper health testing to said puppy/dog prior to  breeding if you have full breeding registration. If at any point breeder feels that the dog is being mistreated, abused or neglected without compensation to buyer will take back above puppy/dog. If this were to go to court, buyer is responsible for all court costs and legal fees for both parties.     

 HEALTH GUARANTEE:          
This puppy /dog is guaranteed until 1 years of age against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affect the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysplasia, which hampers a dog’s movement and natural gait and requires surgery to correct; kidney, heart, pancreas, and liver problems of severe life threatening or altering nature. If dog dies within this one year time frame the buyer must pay to have autopsied to ascertain reason of death. If reason is congenital, the seller will replace the puppy /dog. All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give  refunds. Animal must show the defect by 1 years of age. Seller must be notified of the problem within 2 business days of the licensed veterinarian’s determination and have one (1)report from an unassociated veterinarian stating the same problem and seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value.  A puppy with a defect must be returned to the seller in good condition other than specified problem or euthanized with prior permission of the seller at the buyers expense to qualify for replacement puppy. Replacement of the puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be comparable quality. If buyer chooses a puppy of higher quality they will be responsible for payment of difference. No refunds, in part or in full, will be given. ​ NO EXCEPTIONS!      

This guarantee applies to original party only and its non transferable.  Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is fully aware that owner of a puppy/dog means trips to the veterinarian and understands he/she is responsible for all payments. As of date of delivery, the puppy/dog has received proper vaccinations and de-worming due. This guarantee does not include, Coccidia and Kennel Cough, which is common in puppies that are shipped and is usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is self-limiting and, like common cold, must run it's course, and is not life threatening. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, such as but not limited to; allergies, thyroid, dysfunction, demodectic mange, cancer, tumors, growths, scabies, mites related illness and other autoimmune disorders which are not covered by this guarantee. This guarantee also does not include uneven bits, murmurs, or hernias. Any problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.                          

This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements. Buyer’s signature below certifies he/she understands and accepts the terms of this contract fully and that it is a legal binding contract under the jurisdiction of the State of Texas.
